Dr. Diana Grün LL.M. (New York)

Dr. Di­ana Grün LL.M. stud­ied law at the Uni­versity of Ham­burg with a fo­cus on in­form­a­tion and com­mu­nic­a­tion law. Fur­ther she ob­tained a de­gree in journ­al­ism and com­mu­nic­a­tion sci­ence.

Dur­ing her leg­al train­ee­ship she gained more ex­pert­ise in the area of me­dia and en­ter­tain­ment law. In ad­di­tion she stud­ied at Car­dozo School of Law in New York and gradu­ated with a Mas­ter of Law in In­tel­lec­tu­al Prop­erty Law. In this peri­od she was a re­search as­sist­ant in the area of resti­tu­tion (looted art).

Be­fore join­ing our team in 2017 she was work­ing in Ger­many for a law firm spe­cial­ized in IP and IT law and sev­er­al years for an in­vest­ment fund in Lon­don.

Her prac­tice fo­cuses on ad­vising and rep­res­ent­ing cor­por­ate cli­ents and in­di­vidu­al cli­ents in press and me­dia law as well as in the area of repu­ta­tion pro­tec­tion. Fur­ther she is re­spons­ible for our art law de­part­ment.
